Larry Weichman, Broker/ President, licensed by the state of California to sell real estate since 1976. Over 30 years of professional service to the community of Costa Mesa with 1,035 homes sold as of January 1, 2007. Member of the following Organizations, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and current Chairperson City of Costa Mesa Housing Appeals Board (2nd term), Board Director for the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Member Social Committee Mesa Verde Country Club, Tennis Member Mesa Verde Country Club, Real Estate writer for the Orange County Register Newspaper and featured Real Estate writer for the Mesa North Community Association and current Board member for the Newport Beach Association of Realtors Government and Political Affairs Committee and umpire for Costa Mesa National Little League and assistant baseball coach. Past President Mesa North Community Association, Past Treasurer Mesa North Community Association, Former Member City of Costa Mesa 3 R Committee, Past Vice President Mesa Pride Past committee appointments- Orange Coast Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Committee and the Collegiate All American Golf Foundation. Larry also obtained for the city a graffiti removal machine thru funding of over $20,000 from the city council. Larry was also instrumental in getting many improvements for the apartments in the Coolidge- Fillmore area of Mesa North. We are a proud sponsor of the Costa Mesa Grand Prix Bike Race, CostaMazing and many other community events with the city and local Newport- Mesa Schools, including Jog A Thons and Country Fair. Schools that we support include Costa Mesa High, Estancia High, Paularino Elementary, Adams Elementary and Killybrooke Elementary. Larry also was featured on KTLA Channel 5 News Cyberguy as one of the first Realtors in Southern California to use the internet for buying and selling homes.
